Will my markers fit?
Most markers are 24–40mm; our pockets are a generous 45x45mm at the front and 70x75mm at the back, so yes.
Do thick or dual-sided markers fit?
Yes — most fit comfortably. Tip: avoid placing two extra-chunky ones side by side.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos — we'll fix it with a refund, repair or replacement.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Not usually, but contact us within 30 days with the item unused and in original packaging and we'll do our best to help. You'll cover return postage.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return's checked, refunds go back to your original payment method — most banks take 5–10 business days.
Will it melt in the sun?
No — PVC melts above 100°C, so regular sunshine's fine. Just don't leave it in a hot car all day.
Is the PVC UV resistant?
Yes, though prolonged sun exposure can fade it over time — best kept in your bag or indoors when not on display.
