Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

No worries — if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll fix it with a refund, repair, or replacement. Just email us within 7 days with your order number and some photos.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

Not usually. But if you contact us within 30 days, and the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, we’ll do our best to help. You’ll just need to cover return postage.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Most banks take around 5–10 business days.

How do I start a return?

Will my PVC Ball Marker Book melt in the sun?

Not unless you’re golfing on the surface of the sun. PVC melts at over 100°C, so regular sunshine won’t do it. Just don’t leave it trapped in a hot car all day unless you want it to get as bendy as a bad golf rule.

Is the PVC UV resistant?

Yep — it can handle a bit of sunshine, but like any golfer’s skin, too much can fade it over time. Best to pop it in your golf bag or indoors when you’re not showing it off.

Is the PVC water resistant?

Absolutely. Rainstorm mid-round? Beer spill at the 19th? No problem — just wipe it down and it’s ready for the next adventure.

How do I clean it?

A damp cloth will do the trick. No need for harsh cleaners — save those for your golf shoes.

Will it survive life in my golf bag?

Unless your golf bag doubles as a rock tumbler, yes. It’s tough enough for the course, the cart, and the locker room.
